  • We’re specialists in finding staff for businesses that have trouble finding staff locally, by recruiting staff from elsewhere in Europe. We then ensure the move works smoothly - by ensuring there’s company accommodation or relocation support, and that the recruitment and contract formalities are safely taken care of online.

    We have both long-term jobs, and seasonal work or positions with a fixed term.

    At the moment, most of our jobs are in hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes, or in semi-skilled and skilled construction and shipbuilding, but we’re rapidly expanding and expect to cover most of the kind of jobs that tend to require a movable workforce.

  • No.

    We never charge workers a single euro cent, penny, öre, grosz, bani, or haléř, at any point of job search, application, or recruitment.

    The same goes for our clients and agency-partners. To charge workers for arranging a job for them is against our policy. In most of our markets it’s also against the law.

    We make our money from commissions paid by the recruiting businesses.

  • Depends on the job. We frequently work with staffing agencies, as they are well placed to provide accommodation, paperwork assistance, and means of daily transport. We never work with agencies that have poor reputation with workers, or poor quality accommodation.

    We ensure all agencies have a good reputation and pay wages in line with a collective bargaining agreement or more. They must always inform you about the locations and specifics of the job you’ll take before you sign a contract and travel.

    We also recruit directly for hiring businesses, who sometimes offer accommodation. If they don’t, but accommodation is needed nonetheless, we arrange accommodation elsewhere.

    In most agency work, after a period of time, jobseekers staying long-term get the option to move into direct employment for the company they work at.

  • Many of our clients and partners rely on out-of-town or out-of-country workers, and have acquired company accommodation for this purpose. Others offer relocation packages and other assistance to help with the move. From time to time, we arrange accommodation for workers we recruit, and assist with the formalities so that there’s housing ready for you when you arrive.

    Whatever the arrangement, we ensure that accommodation is clean, safe, legal, and let at a fair rent. We do not work with employers who fail to provide appropriate standard housing, or who charge unfairly high rents for it.

  • We certainly can, and there’s plenty of seasonal work to be found in particular in hospitality, logistics, and agriculture. Stello recruits for both short-term and permanent work.

  • For most jobs we expect you’re an EU citizen and can communicate in at least basic English. From there on requirements vary depending on the job.

  • Absolutely! We have an option in the registration form to add another person to the application, and have several clients that welcome applications from couples or small groups of friends.

  • All work we recruit for must be legal and under written contract. All the terms of contract, and information about wage or salary, as well as rent for accommodation (if any), must be made available to you before you travel.

    Even if you’re to be hired by an agency or an employer with multiple locations, you will be told about the location of work and specifics of the job before you sign a contract and travel.

  • We give you the opportunity to have your references taken, so that potential employees know that you come recommended. Once we have a work reference for you, this will be visible for all employees that you apply with - including those who you have applied with previously, if they are still recruiting.
